Steven Larson, a native Californian who grew up in the Santa Clara Valley, founded Westside Property Management Company in 1979. Westside Property Management Company specializes in single family homes, townhouses, condominiums and multiple-unit dwellings, and has successfully served the needs of Bay Area investors and homeowners for more than 40 years.

In addition to property management services, Westside Real Estate Services represents both buyers and sellers throughout all of the Bay Area, San Mateo County and Sacramento County.

It's our goal to develop relationships with clients who own rental property, so we can provide management and real estate services as they buy and sell (or exchange) properties.
