Westside Property Management Company, LLC was founded in 1979 by Steven Larson. A native Californian who grew up in the Santa Clara Valley, Steven has successfully served the needs of Bay Area investors and homeowners for more than 30 years. Westside Property Management Company specializes in single family, townhouse, condominium, and multiple-unit dwellings.

In addition to property management services, Steven is also a licensed Real Estate Broker (DRE# 00699279) and owner of Westside Real Estate Services, which offers complete buying, selling, and/or 1031 tax deferred exchange services. He has been awarded #1 RE/MAX Agent in Silicon Valley and has also has been ranked as one of the top 25 agents in Silicon Valley by San Jose Magazine. Westside Real Estate Services provides real estate services in the Bay Area, Placer County, and Nevada County.
